Langkah-langkah menciptakan IP WebCam dengan Smartphone Android
  1. Download aplikasinya di sini IP Webcam 1.8.23
  2. Setelah di download, instal aplikasinya, lalu buat WiFi Tethering.
  3. Konek kan Wifi Tethering dengan komputer/laptop dan pastikan Sambungan data mati, agar tidak di sedot kuotanya.
  4. Setelah terkoneksi, buka aplikasinya.
     Fungsi menu yang perlu diperhatikan adalah :
    a. RESOLUTION :
    Berfungsi untuk mengatur resolusi video yang di ambil lewat kamera Smartphone yang akan di tampilkan di PC.

    b. PHOTO RESOLUTION:
    Berfungsi untuk mengatur resolusi pengambilan foto lewat remote IP Webcam.

    c. QUALITY :
    Berfungsi untuk mengatur kualitas pengambilan gambar oleh kamera Smartphone Android ke PC, nilai tertinggi ialah 100.

    d. USE FRONT FACING CAMERA
    Berfungsi untuk memindahkan fungsi kamera belakang menjadi kamera depan.

    e. FPS LIMIT
    Berfungsi untuk mengatur pengambilan gambar per detik (Frame per Second), semakin tinggi tingkat FPS, maka semakin halus video streaming yang dihasilkan.

     f. FOCUS MODE
    Berfungsi untuk mengatur ke sensitifan fokus terhadap kamera Smartphone Android nya

     g. AUDIO MODE
    Berfungsi untuk meng aktifkan fungi Audio/ Microphone dalam IP Webcam.

    h. 
  5. Untuk menjalankan server pilih menu START SERVER
  6. Di layar akan muncul IP Address, ketikkan IP Address tersebut ke Web Browser lengkap, (biasanya http://192.168.43.1:8080)
  7. Setelah itu, akan muncul menu2 seperti berikut ini.
  8. Jika tampil menu tersebut,  artinya komputer/laptop sudah terhubung dengan server di Smartphone android
  9. Silahkan mencoba, semoga berhasil.... :)
